Excellent 1997 Dan Ryan

The Longest Dan Ryan
It may look like a normal Dan Ryan Expressway but this one stretches all the way to Melbourne Australia. Title of the piece is "It's the Dan Ryan Expressway Looking Toward 47th Street, 1997" and is drawn with marker and pen. It has Mickey D's the Sears Tower and Buses all of Wes's favourites, what more could a boy from downunder want. I purchased it through a well known Chicago Folk Art dealer who really went out of his way to help me. He got it from a Lady who bought it from directly from Wesley.
The cool thing about this is it is from 1997 (after he became a rock star) and it is obvious that it he was there (i.e. he didn't do it from memory, but actually staked the place out old-school style).
