Here's a Skyline piece that sold for $400. No date. Can't quite figure out where it was drawn from.

1992 Dan Ryan

Here's a pretty decent Dan Ryan that seems to almost be a color study (or maybe his inks just dried out. The four colors are pink (cars), green (grass etc.), brown (road), and red (buildings).

1992. Estimated at $400 - 600.

Belmont Harbor

I've never seen a Wesley Willis piece on Belmont Harbor before, and this one is really nice. I love the two-toned purple sky w/ clouds.

One interesting feature is the identical red-trimmed trucks sailing side-by-side. I like the gentle slope of the expressway bank rolling down from the McDonalds. The trapezoid-y nature of the cars is odd. Wish there was a larger picture of this.

New: Direct Links to Wesley Willis Art Auctions on eBbay

So today in the right-hand column of the site I added an RSS feed for eBay auctions for Wesley Willis Art. Over the last few months it has seemed that there have been a paucity of Wesley Willis art available on eBay. The reason I thought this was because I get an email every day from eBay with all items in a search for "wesley willis". I think one reason is because this search doesn't cover eBay Live Auctions, which is where the action seems to be.

Today I found this tool called eBay RSS Feed Generator, and when I put in the phrase "Wesley Willis Art" under the Art category, I got three live auctions.

Anyway, that's the deal. I'll try to do a better job covering the pieces available, along with little snippets about each. We now return to our regularly scheduled programming.
